James Woodworth is our Chief Experience Officer and oversees our mortgage operations, something he has been doing for over 15 years (NMLS# 23463). Prior to joining SGMS, he has been the VP of Mortgage Lending at the top producing broker in Shiawassee County and Director of Mortgage Banking at the nation's largest retail lender. Aside from the mortgage business, James is heavily involved with commercial real estate as a developer and landlord. He's served on several boards, including Habitat for Humanity and the City of Owosso Downtown Development Authority. James and his wife Jillian reside in Owosso.

Aaron D. Cox is the President of SGMS and a licensed mortgage broker (NMLS# 1882567) and has been involved in residential and commercial real estate at all levels for more than 15 years. Apart from his involvement with SGMS, Aaron runs a private law practice focused on representing real-estate investors and property management groups. Aaron’s real-estate expertise makes him uniquely suited to assisting clients at SGMS find the right mortgage and land-contract solutions to either lower payments or achieve the goal of home ownership. Aaron is a past-president of the Downriver Bar Association and Taylor Rotary.
Annie Ludington serves our clients as a Loan Consultant (NMLS 2013564). Born and raised in Owosso, Michigan, Annie is a graduate of Central Michigan University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and International Business. Annie is dedicated to our community and is extremely supportive of our local nonprofits and businesses. She has served on numerous boards and is currently an active board member of DeVries Nature Conservancy and co-founder and co-chairperson of the Shiawassee Young Professional Network
